He reckons they will not be any more trouble tonight as their Twolegs will be expecting them at dawn. Ravenpaw believes they are more hot air than action or they would have hurt them while they were asleep. He asks Ravenpaw if he thinks they will invade Sk圜lan camp. Bella comments those kittypets were not nice and Barley says they do not seem nice to Sk圜lan either. He then whirls around to bound away, announcing to his friends to go surprise Sk圜lan again. Pasha glares at Ravenpaw once more threatening if he sees him again he'll regret it. He starts stalking to Ravenpaw but one of his friends tells Pasha she is bored and asks to run through the gorge like they did the previous night, as it was fun. Ravenpaw strikes Pasha’s ears and the kittypet is immediately angered, saying he will regret that. He twitches his ears at Ravenpaw and tells him to run along, calling him squirrel-breath. Pasha spits the word warriors and claims they are not scared by them. Bella says they are not going, they are warriors so they can fight, although it is a lie. Pasha looks unsure at Barley's threatening stance, but another kittypet defends her friend. Barley challenges him, saying he has to make them. He notes they are scrawny enough to be wild cats and orders them to return where they came from. He comments they do not smell like Sk圜lan, calling them fools. He then explains he is joking and doesn't like Ravenpaw. Pasha sarcastically says he is scary, pretending to fall back then leaning forward. Ravenpaw demands to be left alone, certain they are too insulting to be a patrol and are just kittypet troublemakers. Pasha asks if they swallowed their tongue and he comments he didn't think patrols could fall asleep. Ravenpaw studies them, noticing their hostility and that they are kittypets, not Sk圜lan warriors.
